Delivery Within the United States
Orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service):- Standard shipping rate is $9.95 per system.
- UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
- Please allow 14-day delivery time.
International Delivery
It has been our experience that shipping times vary widely depending on the destination. Please allow 21-day international delivery time.
For orders being shipped to Canada or Mexico, please add $10.00 per system to the standard delivery charges.
For orders being shipped to an international address, we'll e-mail you what the shipping/handling charges are and await your confirmation before processing your credit card.
All duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the merchandise. |

Orders delivered to Nebraska USA must include Nebraska Sales tax. We will, by default, apply 7.0%. However, we will adjust the sales tax rate accordingly depending on the shipping destination*.
Shipping/handling is a taxable item.

If you are not satisfied with Marketing Firepower™, you may return it within 30 days from date of receipt for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.
Prior to returning merchandise, you must receive a return authorization number by calling (402) 817-4877.
All returned materials must be in like-new condition, free of any wear, and returned in its original packaging. Materials must be returned via UPS or FedEx.
Please remember, return shipping costs are at your expense.
For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the issuance of credit or for shipping of an exchange. |
